Policies

Shipping
All items will be shipped securely packaged with thought given to the environment. Unless otherwise specified, shipping to the continental United States is a flat-rate $2.50, shipping to Alaska and Canada is $5, and shipping to the rest of the world is $12.00. I will make every effort to ship all orders within 3 business days.

Returns
Items may be returned for any reason within two weeks of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping. I would prefer a returned item to an unsatisfied customer, and will be happy to accommodate you.

Quality
All of my items are crafted to last. Glass does not fade, will not tarnish, and resists scratches. In addition, all of my objects are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln post-creation, which gives them a strength and durability more like a car's windshield or a toy marble than a vase from Walmart. However, that does not mean that they are indestructible, and care should still be taken.

Liability
I can see two cases where my items might be dangerous: when stepped upon, and when small enough to be a choking hazard. The customer should do whatever necessary to reduce the risk of danger. I cannot take any liability for any loss, injury, or death resulting from my products. Children should be supervised when playing with toys made of glass. Items should be kept where they will not be knocked onto the floor. Items small enough to be a choking hazard should be kept out of the reach of small children.
